48 screens,
four surfaces, both themes.
outl runs as a desktop app, a terminal UI and a phone app, over one folder of plain markdown. These are all of them, on the same fixture workspace, so the same note shows up on every surface. Flip the theme in the nav and the screenshots flip with it.
Every screen below is the real client, running on a fixture workspace.
the journal
The day, named. The ISO slug stays in the eyebrow, because the slug is the file name.
a project page
Page properties, a milestone table and a query that runs where it sits.
a project page, end to end
The same page in full, chart included.
a checklist
The box is a character on disk, so a TODO survives any editor.
a doc page
A fenced code block, a highlight and a decision with its date.
a reading list
A page that is mostly links out, and the refs that point back.
the command palette

backlinks
A person's page, and every block that mentioned them.
page history

settings
Theme, fonts, quiet hours and sync transport, in one place.

Nothing here is a mockup. The clients run against a fixture workspace, and the colours come from the same theme presets the binary ships. Most of what you see came out of a Discord thread where someone told us our interface was what stood between them and the app. Want to run it instead of look at it? Download it.
